Excellent Experience

My experience with I-5 Self Storage was absolutely exceptional, exceeding all my expectations. From the very beginning, the customer service was outstanding. The staff was incredibly helpful and patient, explaining the auction process clearly and answering all my (many!) questions with a smile. They were empathetic to my situation and went above and beyond to make the entire experience as smooth and painless as possible. They were organized, efficient, and truly cared about making things easier. The facility itself was clean, well-maintained, and secure. I felt confident that my belongings would have been safe there.
